Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of blast furnace shells. This document is mainly applicable to blast furnace shells with an effective volume of 1,200 m3 to 5,000 m3. Blast furnace shells with a volume of less than 1,200 m3 can be used for reference.
