Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and shelf life of Datong black sesame seeds in Tongling City. This standard applies to the quality assessment and trade of Datong black sesame seeds. Main technical content: 4.1 Characteristics of black sesame: The seed coat of pure black sesame should be black in color, accounting for more than 96% of the total. 4.2 Quality indicators: 4.2.1 Black sesame is graded based on the net seed purity rate, and the quality indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
