This standard applies to the design of new, expanded, and renovated power plants with a maximum single-machine capacity of less than 30MW and a main steam pressure of less than 3.8MPa, which use pure saturated steam and low-superheated steam generated by various residual (waste) heat boilers and vaporization cooling facilities in steel enterprises as steam sources.
