Scope
This standard applies to food additives such as aluminum succinate starch, which is made by reacting edible starch or starch milk obtained from raw materials used in the production of edible starch with succinic anhydride and aluminum sulfate, as well as food additives such as aluminum succinate starch that have undergone one or more processing methods including enzyme treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment, bleaching treatment, and pre-gelatinization treatment.
