This standard specifies the basic requirements for production and operation sites, equipment and facilities, organizational personnel, and service norms that five-star, four-star, and three-star enterprises in the laundry and cleaning industry should meet. This standard applies to commercial laundry and cleaning enterprises within the administrative area of Guangdong Province. This standard does not apply to laundry rooms attached to hotels and laundry and cleaning enterprises operating under the "store-factory integration" model.
