Scope

This document stipulates the basic principles, logo requirements, and usage requirements for the management of official vehicles used by government agencies.
This document applies to the management of official vehicle logos for party organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, supervisory organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, democratic parties, industry and commerce federations, trade unions, Communist Youth League organizations, women's federations, and other people's groups and public institutions in Shanghai (hereinafter referred to as "party and government organs and public institutions"). Exceptions with special regulatory requirements are excluded.
