Scope
Main Technical Content: A.1 Cultivation Process - Ingredient preparation - bagging - sterilization and cooling - Inoculation and mycelium cultivation - Harvesting and processing - Storage A.2 Cultivation Season - Spring cultivation: January to February for bagging, March to May for fruiting; - Autumn cultivation: March to May for bagging, September to November for fruiting. A.3 Cultivation Model - High-shelf cultivation with no bag removal, slit bagging, and hanging bags to produce high-quality black fungus. A.4 Variety Selection and Spore Production - Varieties: Xiangyang No. 2 and Sanke Hebei; spores produced in accordance with NY/T 528. A.5 Raw Material and Formula Selection - Broadleaf wood sawdust such as oak and birch. - Sawdust particle diameter <5mm; fresh, free from mold, clumps, odors, and oil stains. - Formula: 60% broadleaf sawdust, 20% corn cob, 18% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, and 1% lime, with a moisture content of approximately 60% and a pH of around 7.0. A.6 Bagging and Sterilization A.6.1 Bagging - Precisely weigh ingredients according to the formula. First, mix wheat bran and gypsum (lime), dissolve sugar in water, and then add sawdust and mix thoroughly. - Use low-pressure high-density polyethylene folding plastic bags of 15cm×30cm×0.004cm or 17cm×33cm×0.004cm. - Fill the bag to 3/5 of its length, with 0.7kg or 1.1kg of wet material per bag. - Attach a neck ring, insert a cotton plug, or seal with a non-cotton cap. A.6.2 Sterilization - High-pressure sterilization: air pressure 0.14MPa, sterilization time 2–3 hours; - Normal pressure sterilization: maintain a temperature of 100°C in the bag for 6–8 hours for bags under 1kg, and 10–12 hours for bags over 1kg. - Move the sterilized bags to a disinfected cultivation room. When the bag temperature drops to 32°C, inoculate immediately. A.7 Inoculation and Cultivation - Single-point inoculation at the bag opening. - Place the inoculated bags upright o
