Scope
This verification system specifies the transfer procedures, transfer errors, and basic verification methods for transferring the value of the loss factor from national metrological reference instruments to working reference instruments, standard metrological instruments, and working metrological instruments. It also stipulates the tasks of national reference instruments for the loss angle unit (rad), their basic metrological characteristics, and the main measuring devices supporting them.
