Scope

This standard specifies the organizational and preparatory work, methods and grades, implementation, data analysis, and technical requirements for report and documentation for the operation energy efficiency evaluation of centrifugal pumps, mixed-flow pumps, axial flow pumps, and vortex pumps in AC electric drive pump systems. This standard is applicable to the operation energy efficiency state evaluation of pump system energy-saving technology transformation projects, in order to determine the operation state of the pump system before the implementation of the energy-saving technology transformation project, and to evaluate the energy-saving effect after the implementation of the energy-saving technology transformation project. The operation energy efficiency evaluation of pump systems transporting other liquid media can also be used as a reference for implementation.
