Scope
This document provides guidelines for building the operation and management models of digital assembly workshops for switchgear equipment, including the production planning and scheduling model, the production line operation model, the material distribution model, the equipment management model, the quality inspection model, the product manufacturing model, the process model, and the safety model. This document is applicable to guiding the construction of operation and management models for digital assembly workshops of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear equipment with a voltage rating of 72.5 kV and above, as well as metal-enclosed switchgear equipment and control equipment with a voltage rating of 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV. Other switchgear equipment can refer to and implement these guidelines accordingly.
