Main technical content: This document specifies the liquid chromatography method for determining flavonoids in Astragalus. This document is applicable to the determination of caudatine glucoside, quercetin, luteolin glucoside, chrysin-3-O-caffeoyl glucoside, geniposide, mangiferin, and mangiferin in Astragalus by liquid chromatography. The detection limits of the method in this document are as follows: the detection limits of caudatine glucoside, geniposide, and mangiferin are 0.075 mg/kg, and the detection limits of quercetin, luteolin glucoside, chrysin-3-O-caffeoyl glucoside, and mangiferin glucoside are 0.15 mg/kg.
