Scope
This standard specifies the model codes, variety classification, requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of stainless steel exhaust pipes used in gas-fired appliances (hereinafter referred to as exhaust pipes).
This standard applies to stainless steel exhaust pipes used in natural exhaust-type and forced exhaust-type gas-fired appliances fueled by liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, artificial coal gas, and oil.
