Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions of the dry sowing and wet emergence planting technology for spring wheat, as well as techniques such as land preparation and fertilization, sowing methods, drip irrigation pipe installation, water and fertilizer management, and pest and disease control. This standard applies to areas in the Yinghe Irrigation District of Ningxia with drip irrigation conditions. Main technical content: 3. Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Dry sowing and wet emergence A planting technique that sows seeds under no or insufficient pre-soaking conditions and meets the water requirements for seedling emergence and robust growth through drip irrigation. 4. Land preparation and fertilization Conduct deep plowing after harvesting the previous crop, with a plowing depth of 30 cm. Rotary plowing 1–2 times before sowing the following year. Combine land preparation with base fertilization of 1,000–1,500 kg of farmyard manure or 300–500 kg of commercial organic fertilizer, 15 kg of urea, 5 kg of diammonium phosphate, and 7 kg of potassium sulfate per 666.7 m2. 5. Sowing techniques 5.1 Variety selection Use spring wheat varieties that have passed certification and meet the requirements of GB 4404.1 for high yield, strong resistance to adverse conditions, and high quality. 5.2 Seed treatment Treat 50 kg of wheat seeds with 100 ml of azoxystrobin or 120 g of 70% imidacloprid dispersible powder. 5.3 Sowing conditions Sow when the air temperature is ≥0°C and the soil has thawed 5–8 cm. Use a 2.2–2.4 m wide wheat precision sowing machine or a 12.5 cm row spacing small strip sowing machine with a sowing depth of 2.5–3.5 cm. Sow 20–22.5 kg/667 m2 of seeds and 10–12.5 kg/667 m2 of phosphate fertilizer. 6. Drip irrigation pipe installation 6.1 Drip irrigation pipe selection Use inner-embedded plate-type drip irrigation pipes with an inner diameter of 16 mm, a w
