Scope

This part of GB/T 14353 specifies the determination of rhenium content in copper ores or polymetallic ores by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, including two different pretreatment methods: magnesium oxide sintering (Method 1) and closed acid digestion (Method 2).
This part is applicable to the determination of rhenium content in copper ores or polymetallic ores by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry using either magnesium oxide sintering or closed acid digestion.
The detection limits of Method 1 and Method 2 are both 0.004 μg/g.
The measurement range is 0.01 μg/g to 15.0 μg/g.
