Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the amount of aluminum nitride precipitate using electrolytic separation and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. This method is suitable for determining the amount of aluminum nitride precipitate in silicon steel and aluminum-deoxidized steel with an aluminum content of less than 0.2%. The determination range (mass fraction) is 0.01% to 0.03%.
