Terms and Definitions: The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Mechanized Splitting of Oil Tea Fruits: A processing method that uses mechanical devices to crack oil tea fruits and separate the seeds from the shells. 3.2 Mechanized Drying of Oil Tea Seeds: A processing method that uses mechanical devices to dehydrate and dry oil tea seeds. 3.3 Screening of Oil Tea Seeds: A method of grading and removing impurities from oil tea seeds through multi-stage screening. 4. Technical Requirements 1. T/TSSP 045–2023 4.1 Processing Technology: The processing flow of mechanized splitting of oil tea fruits and dry processing of oil tea seeds is shown in Figure 1. 4.2 Post-ripening: Place oil tea fruits on a concrete floor indoors to further ripen them.
