Scope

This document specifies the technical specifications for automatic monitoring of the pollution discharge process (operating conditions) of wastewater treatment plants, the determination of the operating status of pollution control facilities, and the determination of the reasonableness of monitoring data from automatic online water quality monitoring systems, as well as technical acceptance and daily operation management. This document applies to the construction, maintenance, and supervision of automatic monitoring systems for centralized wastewater treatment plants in industrial clusters at the provincial level and above, centralized wastewater treatment plants in chemical parks at the provincial level and above, and urban domestic wastewater treatment plants or wastewater treatment facilities with a construction scale of more than 500 t/d.
