Scope

This document is applicable to the online stress monitoring of bolts in gate valves and gate openers, bolt covers of gate valve gate slots, bolts of hydraulic turbine tops, bolts of the inlet gate of the spiral casing, bolts of the inlet gate of the tailrace pipe, bolts of the inlet valve of the hydraulic turbine, bolt covers of the flow channel of the bulb unit, bolts of the bulb unit's turbine casing, and bolts of the stator core penetrating rods, etc. The pre-tensioning force, residual pre-tensioning force, and axial working stress of the main shaft and turbine wheel bolts of the hydraulic turbine, the bolts connecting the main shaft of the hydraulic turbine to the main shaft of the generator, the upper end shaft bolts, the bolts connecting the thrust head to the rotor center body, the magnetic pole tensioning rods, the magnetic yoke tensioning rods, and important foundation bolts shall be regularly inspected and tested in accordance with the relevant provisions.
