This standard specifies the functional and performance requirements, as well as the measurement methods, for handheld digital television reception devices (hereinafter referred to as "reception devices") that support the signal reception of the GB 20600-2006 terrestrial digital television standard. This standard applies to handheld and other portable terrestrial digital television reception devices with antennas.
