Scope

This document applies to lead smelting enterprises that produce lead and lead alloy ingots using lead concentrates, crude lead, and lead-containing waste materials (lead-containing materials jointly disposed of by lead smelting enterprises, as well as waste lead batteries and metallic lead waste materials) as raw materials. In this document, lead smelting enterprises include both mineral lead smelting enterprises and recycled lead smelting enterprises.
