This standard specifies the methods of pest survey, forecasting, prevention and control indicators, and control techniques for Ceracris kiangsu Tsai (= Rammeacris kiangsu (Tsai)), a species of grasshopper.
This standard is applicable to the prevention and control of Ceracris kiangsu throughout China, as well as to the prevention and control of C. nigribornis Walker, a species of grasshopper commonly known as the large green grasshopper subspecies and the green grasshopper nominate subspecies.
