Scope: This document specifies the methods and basic requirements for field efficacy trials of pesticides against Ningxia wolf spiders in lycium barbarum orchards. Test subjects: Ningxia wolf spiders: Composed of multiple populations such as Franlliniella intonsa Trybon, Lsilothrips indicus Bhatti, and F. occidentalis (Pergande), with their harm symptoms described in Appendix A. 5. Selection of test sites: Test sites should be selected from lycium barbarum orchards where wolf spiders are frequently found and cause moderate to severe damage. Each test site's cultivation conditions (e.g., soil type, fertilization, planting spacing, etc.) and tree age should be consistent. Field management should follow local standard practices. 6. Test pesticides: 6.1 Test pesticides should be labeled with their common name (Chinese name) or code, trade name, formulation, concentration, manufacturer, and application dose (active ingredient content in mg/kg or mg/L). At least three doses or doses set according to requirements should be used for test pesticides. 6.2 Control pesticides: Select registered products with proven efficacy in practice, whose type and mode of action are similar to those of the test pesticides, and apply them at local standard doses.
