Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements for the organization and leadership of government affairs disclosure, competent departments, working agencies, and study and training. This standard applies to all levels of administrative organs in Sichuan Province, as well as the dispatched agencies and internal agencies established by administrative organs to perform administrative management functions in their own names in accordance with laws and regulations, and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to perform public affairs management functions. Grassroots mass autonomous organizations (residents' committees and villagers' committees) may refer to and implement it accordingly.
