Scope

This document describes the ultrasonic testing methods for seamless and welded tubes made of zirconium and zirconium alloys.
This document is applicable to the ultrasonic testing of zirconium and zirconium alloy tubes with an outer diameter of 6 mm to 100 mm and a wall thickness to outer diameter ratio of no more than 0.2. For other tubes, the ultrasonic testing parameters can be used as a reference.
