Scope
This document describes the principles of classifying wind damage in power grid areas under high-altitude micro-topography and micro-meteorological conditions, as well as the method of drawing regional wind damage distribution maps. This document is applicable to the design and operation and maintenance of 110 kV to 1,000 kV AC transmission lines and ±500 kV DC transmission lines at altitudes of 1,000 m to 4,000 m.
