Scope
This document specifies the data cell format, protocol process, convergence layer business requirements, security considerations, and other aspects of the BP protocol. It provides supplementary provisions for the application of the BP protocol in spatial data and transmission systems, including convergence layer adapters, business type extensions, aggregated custody signaling, capacity delay load adjustment, and protocol management information content.
This document is applicable to data transmission in space mission systems where communication resources are limited, communication latency is prolonged, and the network may experience temporary disruptions.
