Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of the filing requirements for construction project archives, establishes the classification of construction project archives, and stipulates the general requirements for the management of construction project archives and the special requirements for their compilation, acceptance, and transfer. This document applies to construction activities of housing buildings and municipal infrastructure projects implemented in the urban and rural planning areas of Yancheng City by engineering construction, survey, design, construction, and supervision units, as well as municipal and county (city, district) construction project archives management institutions (including archives rooms, hereinafter the same). Landscape greening, water conservancy, and transportation projects can refer to and use this document for reference.
