Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the isotope abundance ratios of zinc and lead in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with multiple receivers.
This standard is applicable to the determination of natural isotope abundance samples of zinc and lead that have been chemically purified and converted into nitric acid aqueous solutions. The detection range of the samples is zinc content of 5 ng/g to 3,000 ng/g, and lead content of 0.5 ng/g to 500 ng/g.
