T/PJDZ 0002-2017 The Cultivation Regulations for High-Quality and High-yield Management of Rice Transplanting by Machine in the Binhai Rice Area
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the production techniques for high-quality and high-yield cultivation of mechanically transplanted rice in coastal rice-growing areas, including variety selection, land preparation, seedling cultivation, transplanting, fertilization, irrigation, and integrated prevention and control of diseases, pests, and weeds. This standard applies to the high-quality and high-yield cultivation of mechanically transplanted rice in Panjin's coastal saline-alkali rice-growing areas and similar ecological regions. The rice field soil should have medium or higher fertility, strong water retention capacity, and surface water as the irrigation source. It should also have convenient irrigation and drainage systems and sufficient sunlight and heat. Main technical contents: 1. Factory-style seedling cultivation technology: Select medium-to-late maturity, high-quality, and high-yield rice varieties with a growth period of (155–165) days. Use factory-style seedling cultivation technology to cultivate strong seedlings, with approximately 3,600 seeds per tray. The indicators of strong seedlings include: seedling age (30–35 days), leaf age (3.1–3.2 leaves), plant height (13–15 cm), stem base width (>2.0–2.2 mm), dry weight per 100 seedlings (3.0–3.5 g), uniform and consistent seedlings, white roots with large root quantity, good root system, and well-developed root system forming a blanket-like seedling layer. 2. Quantitative direct seedling transplanting technology: The transplanting density is 30 cm between rows and (16–18) cm between holes, with (4–5) seedlings per hole, and (5–7) million transplanted seedlings per 667 m2. 3. Quantitative fertilization technology: Apply sufficient compost before plowing or rotary tillage.
