Scope

This standard specifies the terms, basic parameters of product types, technical requirements, inspection methods and rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage for pressure-resistant metering coal feeders (hereinafter referred to as "coal feeders").
This standard also provides standardized requirements and test procedures for evaluating the metering or technical characteristics of coal feeders in a traceable manner.
This standard is primarily applicable to coal powder preparation systems in power generation boilers, which utilize the principle of gravity to continuously weigh and quantitatively control the conveying flow of bulk materials on conveyor belts and determine their cumulative weight. The products in question are metering coal feeders with a pressure resistance rating of not less than 0.35 MPa. Products of quantitative feeders with the same principle and similar structures may be implemented in accordance with this standard.
