Scope
This guidance technical document stipulates the management procedures related to the safe operation of hydrogen refueling facilities for hydrogen vehicles, personnel and equipment safety, gas quality, production operations, supervision and inspection, and emergency response plans. This guidance technical document is applicable to the safe operation management of facilities involved in providing hydrogen refueling services for hydrogen vehicles using high-pressure gaseous hydrogen, liquid hydrogen, and hydrogen mixed gases as fuels.
