DB31/ 540.3-2013 Key unit of safety management requirements—Part 3:Exhibition place

Scope

This part of DB31/540 stipulates the fire safety responsibilities, fire safety systems and operating procedures, daily management points, fire inspections and rectification of fire hazards, fire safety publicity and education training, fire emergency evacuation drills, and fire accident handling of the venue party (hereinafter referred to as the unit) and all parties involved in the exhibition activities during the fire safety management work. This part applies to the fire safety management work of public exhibition venues in Shanghai that are designated as key fire safety units. Other public exhibition venues may refer to it for implementation. This part does not apply to the fire safety management work of places such as museums.
