Scope
This standard provides guidelines for characterizing single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in mixtures using optical absorption spectroscopy.
This standard is applicable to measuring the diameter, purity, and mass fraction of metallic SWCNTs in total SWCNTs of the sample.
When analyzing the diameter of nanotubes, the applicable diameter range is 1 nm to 2 nm.
