Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry determination methods for the residues of 503 pesticides and related chemicals in Pleurotus eryngii, Flammulina velutipes, Tremella asperges, and Lentinula edodes (see Appendices A and F).
This standard is applicable to the qualitative identification of 503 pesticides and related chemicals in Pleurotus eryngii, Flammulina velutipes, Tremella asperges, and Lentinula edodes, as well as the quantitative determination of 478 pesticides and related chemicals.
The method detection limits for the 478 quantifiable pesticides and related chemicals in this standard are 0.0013 mg/kg to 1.6 mg/kg (see Appendix A).
