Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and safety requirements for polyamino polyether methylphosphonic acid (PAPEMP), a water treatment agent.
This standard applies to polyamino polyether methylphosphonic acid (PAPEMP) products synthesized from end amino polyether, phosphorous acid, or phosphorus trichloride, formaldehyde, and other raw materials. This product is mainly used in industrial water treatment as a scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor, and in the dyeing industry as a peroxide stabilizer and metal chelating agent.
