Scope
This document applies to the management of air pollutant emissions from existing coal-fired power plants, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection engineering design, completion environmental protection acceptance, pollution discharge permits, and air pollutant emission management after commissioning of coal-fired power plant construction projects. This document does not apply to the management of air pollutant emissions from power plants of various capacities that use municipal solid waste and hazardous waste as fuels.
