Scope: This document specifies green prevention and control technologies including agronomy, physics, biology, and chemistry for weeds in rice fields. This document is applicable to rice production in the Yinghuang irrigation area of Ningxia. Main Technical Content: **Terms and Definitions**: This document does not define any specific terms or definitions. **Agronomic Prevention and Control** 4.1 Crop Rotation and Straw Return - Implement rice-dryland rotation, with no more than two consecutive years of rice monoculture in the same field. 4.2 Remove Weed Seeds from the Field - Install a filter net at the water inlet of the rice field to intercept weed seeds; promptly remove floating weed seeds in the rice field. 4.3 Control Weeds with Seedlings and Water Pressure - Rationally manage water and fertilizer to promote strong seedlings and early growth, and suppress weed growth through "seedling competition and water pressure". - Implement duck and goose farming in rice fields in accordance with DB 64/T 1240. - Implement fish farming in rice fields in accordance with NY/T 5055. - Remove weeds near the field edge before the seeds mature. **Chemical Weed Control** 5.1 Herbicide Selection for Transplanted Rice - Refer to Appendix A for herbicide application methods. 5.2 Herbicide Application for Moisture-Retaining Dry-Seeded Rice - Refer to Appendix B for herbicide application methods. 5.3 Herbicide Application for Dry-Seeded Rice - Refer to Appendix C for herbicide application methods. **Appendix A: Prevention and Control of Weeds in Transplanted Rice Fields** - Objects: Various types of weeds. - Application Period: Before transplanting or within 5–7 days after transplanting. - Herbicide Name and Dosage (666.7 m2): - Soil treatment: 33% Grassamine 80–100 ml/m2, applied as a toxic soil treatment. - Waterlogging prevention: 2.5% Flufenacet 80–100 ml/m2, applied as a spray. - Aegilops seeds: Before 5 leaves,
