Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the preparation of completion drawings for wind farm projects, truly reflect the actual construction of wind farm projects, and ensure the quality of completion drawings, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the preparation of completion drawings for new, modified, and expanded onshore and offshore wind farm projects. 1.O.3 Wind farm projects shall prepare completion drawings and hand them over before the project is completed and accepted. 1.O.4 In addition to complying with these regulations, the preparation of completion drawings for wind farm projects shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
