Scope

Main Technical Content: 6.1 The raw materials are mainly non-moldy hard sawdust, with wheat bran, rice bran, soybean meal powder, gypsum, and lime as auxiliary materials. 6.2 Preparation of Fungal Bags 6.2.1 Preparation of Cultivation Medium: Mix the raw materials and auxiliary materials in proportion, add water, stir and sieve. After mixing, check that the moisture content reaches 58-60% and the pH value is 7-8. Leave for 12 hours to allow the sawdust to fully soak. 6.2.2 Bagging: Use a bagging machine to fill the bags with material to a height of 22±1cm. The filling should be evenly loose at the top and bottom, with a compact surface. The plastic bags should be free from wrinkles. 6.2.3 Sterilization: Use either 100℃ at atmospheric pressure for more than 12 hours and steam for 3 hours, or 121℃ at high pressure for 2 hours. During sterilization, ensure that all cold air in the pot is discharged. Do not place the fungal bags too densely. After sterilization, allow natural cooling and slightly open the pot door to dry the surface moisture of the bags using the residual heat of the fungal bags. 6.2.4 Inoculation: Cool the fungal bags to approximately 36℃ and inoculate them under sterile conditions. 6.2.5 Cultivation Management 6.3.1 Perforation Management: Perforate the fungal bags after the mycelium has fully grown and recovered. The hole diameter should be between 0.4-0.6cm, with a spacing of 2-3cm, distributed in a "cross" pattern. Each bag should have 180-240 holes. The perforation depth should be 0.8cm. Too deep perforations slow down ear formation, while too shallow perforations may cause ear loss. 6.3.2 Sprouting Management: Cover the fungal bags with plastic and straw curtains to maintain humidity and temperature control at around 80% and 23℃ respectively. Ventilate twice daily for 30 minutes each. 6.3.3 Watering Management: Watering should be based on weather, temperature, and black fungus growth conditions. During the formation of the fun
