Scope

Scope: This document specifies the requirements for the room-temperature transport packaging of "Xiangjiangyuan" vegetables, including packaging operations and requirements, personnel, venues and facilities, transportation, and labeling. This document applies to the terminology and definitions of room-temperature transport of "Xiangjiangyuan" vegetables, as well as packaging requirements. Main technical content: (1) This document stipulates the packaging, personnel, venues, facilities, and labeling standards for the room-temperature transport of "Xiangjiangyuan" vegetables. (2) This document requires that packaging materials comply with relevant national standards such as GB/T 30768. (3) Based on relevant standards, this document sets forth the packaging specifications and methods for retail and transport packaging, and also specifies that packaging containers and methods should be selected separately for different types of vegetables. This document insists that packaging materials should be non-toxic, clean, pollution-free, odorless, moisture-proof, pressure-resistant, and environmentally friendly. They should be recyclable or biodegradable food packaging materials. (4) This document formulates the packaging and storage labels for "Xiangjiangyuan" brand vegetables based on the relevant requirements for packaging and storage.
