Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, testing methods, inspection rules, and marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage for Direct Blue B (C.I. Direct Blue 15 and Direct Lake Blue 5B) products.
This standard applies to the quality control of Direct Blue B products. However, as this product is a prohibited dye for textiles, its use in textiles and leather is not recommended.
