Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the residue levels of zearalenone, zearalenone acetate, estrone, estradiol, and diethylstilbestrol in bovine and porcine liver, kidney, and muscle tissues by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This standard is applicable to the determination of the residue levels of zearalenone, zearalenone acetate, estrone, estradiol, and diethylstilbestrol in bovine and porcine liver, kidney, and muscle tissues. The method's detection limits for this standard are as follows: for zearalenone, zearalenone acetate, and diethylstilbestrol in bovine and porcine liver and kidney tissues, the detection limit is 0.5 μg/kg; for estrone and estradiol, the detection limit is 1.0 μg/kg.
