Scope
This standard provides performance parameters for evaluating the structural condition, including the types of measurements, factors setting allowable performance limits, parameter data collection for building a unified database, and internationally accepted measurement guidelines (such as terminology, sensor calibration, sensor installation, and recognized transfer function techniques).
