Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements and management guidelines for controlling aflatoxins in food during the processes of harvesting, pre-storage treatment, storage, transportation, and processing.
This standard applies to the control of aflatoxin contamination in peanuts, corn, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, pine nuts, Brazil nuts, figs, and oilseed cotton seeds (see Appendices A~D).
