Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for VH-grade high-precision hoist chains (hereinafter referred to as hoist chains) used in manual chain hoists. The chains are short-link round steel chains that have undergone welding, heat treatment, and testing, and comply with the general acceptance criteria specified in ISO 1834.
