Scope

This standard specifies the specific requirements for the organization and management of the special acceptance work of river-related matters in construction projects, the conditions required for acceptance, the main contents of acceptance, the acceptance procedures, and the acceptance outcome documents. This regulation applies to the acceptance of river-related matters in construction projects approved by the water administrative departments at the municipal level in Chongqing City, and those approved by the Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission and entrusted to the water administrative departments at the municipal level for supervision and management. The acceptance of river-related matters in construction projects approved by the water administrative departments at the district and county (autonomous county) levels shall be implemented in accordance with this regulation.
