Scope
This standard applies to CDN content distribution network services provided via the public Internet (including mobile Internet). According to the Telecom Business Classification Catalogue (2015 Edition), the content distribution network (CDN) service refers to the use of a node server cluster distributed in different regions to form a traffic distribution and management network platform, providing users with decentralized storage and caching of content, and distributing the content to fast and stable caching servers based on the dynamic traffic and load conditions of the network, thereby improving the response speed of user content access and the availability of the service.
