Main technical content: The protection scope covers the entire Nanya County, with coordinates of 104°55′40″~105°38′04″ east longitude and 26°30′16″~27°05′54″ north latitude, including Yongxi Street, Wenchang Street, Juren Street, Lipan Street, Xuanwei Street, Gongtong Street, and six other streets; Xinfang Town, Guochenyan Town, Yangchang Town, Zhuang Town, Gukai Town, Dongdi Town, Kunzai Town, Zuojia Town, Huazao Town, Kedi Town, and Shibao Town; Yulongba Town, Shuidong Town, Baixing Town, Shuguang Town, Zhangjiabay Town, and 13 other towns. Details are provided in Appendix A. Sensory requirements: 5.3.1.1 Male chickens should have a single comb and upright posture, with 5-7 comb teeth. Their feathers should be red-yellow, and their neck, chest, back, and wing feathers should be brown-red. The primary and secondary wing feathers, belly feathers, and tail feathers should be black. Their legs should be tall and strong. 5.3.1.2 White-feathered chickens have white skin, while black-skinned chickens have black skin and mixed-color feathers. Their bellies should have well-developed down feathers. 5.3.2 Performance and physicochemical indicators: 5.3.2.1 Performance indicators for chicken meat should meet the requirements of Table 1. 5.3.2.2 Physicochemical indicators for white-feathered chickens should meet the requirements of Table 2.
