T/YNRZ 005-2022 Water-irrigated high-yield and high-sugar sugarcane planting technical specifications
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions of high-yield and high-sugar cultivation techniques for sugarcane grown on irrigated land, the environment of cultivation areas, and the methods of cultivating new-planted sugarcane and managing perennial sugarcane roots. Main technical content: 3.1 Sugarcane grown on irrigated land (Sugarcane grown on irrigated land) refers to sugarcane planted on irrigated farmland with normal irrigation conditions. 3.2 Double-ditch mulching (Double ditch mulching) involves fully covering the ridge surface and the two sides of the sugarcane planting ditch with a 150cm-wide mulch film, compacting the mulch film in the planting ditch with a small amount of finely crushed soil, and covering the ridge with mulch. 3.3 High-yield and high-sugar sugarcane (Sugarcane with high yield and high sugar content) refers to sugarcane with a yield of more than 7 tons per mu and a sugar content of more than 14%. 4. Cultivation site environmental and climatic conditions refer to the "GB/T 19566-2004 High-Yield Cultivation Technology Specification for Droughtland Sugar Beet Sugarcane". Soil conditions should be selected with deep soil layers, loose structure, and moderate soil fertility. Irrigation and drainage conditions should include sufficient water sources, complete irrigation and drainage facilities, and the ability to drain water and irrigate during drought and flood conditions. 5. New-planted sugarcane cultivation 5.1.1 Site selection: Conveniently accessible areas with good irrigation and drainage conditions and contiguous irrigated land. 5.1.2 Land preparation: After harvesting the previous crop or perennial sugarcane, use mechanical deep plowing of more than 40cm, followed by thorough sun exposure and fine harrowing to ensure that the cultivated layer of soil is deep, loose, fine, and flat. According to the terrain and plot size, open 60cm-70cm main drainage and irrigation ditches along the perimeter of the plot, and open 40cm-50cm
