Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting (seedlings), field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production records for "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese chives. This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese chives. Main technical content: (1) This document stipulates the requirements for the production environment, land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting (seedlings), field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, and waste disposal, as well as product quality and production records for "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese chives. (2) The production environment conditions of this document shall comply with T/XJY 1001-2021 "Quality Requirements for the Production Environment of 'Xiangjiangyuan' Vegetables", and requirements for land selection are also specified.
